CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Waxing & Blading! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our clients, please review the following policies: Appointment Reservations: A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. PMU services require a $100 non-refundable booking fee, which will be applied toward your service total. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. In these cases, the late cancellation policy may apply. No-Call, No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a no-call, no-show. Due to the time reserved specifically for your appointment, no-call, no-show clients will no longer be eligible to book future appointments at Waxing & Blading. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you're experiencing a true emergency or an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate open communication and will review these situations on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide exceptional service to every client.
